State Government Affairs staff is actively watching
legislation that affects the timeshare industry and timeshare
owners. The only in session currently are
California, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New
Jersey, New York, Ohio, Wisconsin, and the District of Columbia. Your
ARDA State Government Affairs staff is tracking legislation these
states.
