Timeshare Datashare: Timeshare Sales Efficiencies Keep Rising

According to the newly released
2009 Third Quarter Pulse
Survey prepared by Deloitte for the ARDA International
Foundation (AIF), despite a decreased number of
tours and sales transactions, the timeshare sales close rate increased
1.1 percentage points to 14.6% in the third quarter ending September 30,
2009—up from 13.1% during the same period in 2008. The increase
upholds the trend of rising sales efficiencies, which can be seen in the
past few quarters.
