On September 19, 2007 the U.S. House of Representatives passed
H.R. 2761, the Terrorism Risk Insurance Revision and Extension Act of
2007 (TRIREA), by a vote of 312 to 110.

Model Timeshare Act Guiding Principles (July
2005)
ARDA's guiding principles for state timeshare laws have been slightly
updated to clarify what constitutes an "offer" in a national publication
and to clarify that a timeshare property must be registered before a
sale can occur.
