Comment on Model Resale Act by August 2
At the direction of the ARDA Board, comments are due in writing on
Version 13 of ARDA's Proposed Model Resale Act no later than Monday,
August 2, 2010 and may be emailed to resales@arda.org. You may view or
download the full text of Version
13, as well as a short summary
of the key issues and how the Model Act would apply to resale entities.
After the comments are received and reviewed, any revisions and final
adoption will be considered this fall. Please include "Model Resale Act
Comments 2" in the subject line of the email. Or comments may be mailed
to the ARDA State Government Affairs Office, 4901 Vineland Road, Suite
635, Orlando, FL 32811 for receipt by Monday, August 2, 2010.
ARDA's Proposed Model Timeshare Resale Act The
comment period has closed on the March 1, 2010 version of the proposed
ARDA Model Resale Act. Comments received are now being reviewed and a
revised version of the Model Resale Act will be posted, likely in early
May.
