Timeshare Datashare - Gauging Customer Satisfaction

The timeshare industry meets the needs of vacationers
nationwide with a flexible, affordable alternative to vacation home
ownership. Recent research indicates just how satisfied owners are with
their leisure interests—the majority give their resorts high
ratings!
Among several resort attributes cited, survey
respondents found that the services and activities available during
their vacation provided the greatest satisfaction, accounting for 87
percent of responses. The cleanliness and upkeep of the units followed
(86 percent), and similarly, construction quality was rated positively
(85 percent). Of all of the resort attributes surveyed, overall, the
vast majority of owners give their seal of approval!

PricewaterhouseCoopers for AIF. The survey was conducted among timeshare
owners that had an exchange membership. With a response rate of 13%, the
analysis included between 3,700 to 3,900 responses for each
attribute.
