Hotel Information
For sleeping rooms, please contact The Orlando World Center Marriott
directly at 800-228-9290. To obtain the discount room rate of $259 per
night, please mention that you are attending the ARDA Annual Convention.
Rooms will be available at the discount rate until March 6, 2009, or
until the block sells out, whichever comes first. Once
the ARDA room block is sold out, rooms may be reserved on a space and
rate available basis only. Please don’t delay in making your hotel
room reservations, rooms sell out quickly for ARDA meetings.
Please only book your hotel reservation directly through the
Orlando World Center Marriott. ARDA cannot guarantee rooms booked
through a third party reservation company, nor does ARDA endorse any
such company to contract for sleeping rooms for the ARDA convention. If
you are contacted by a third party vendor suggesting they have sleeping
rooms for the convention, please send that company’s information
to clacey@arda.org.
For suite reservations, please contact Catherine Lacey at clacey@arda.org. Please note that
suites are available based on hotel rate and space availability for ARDA
Trustee Members, ARDA Board Members, Convention Sponsors and Convention
Exhibitors. All others will be subject to a suite surcharge fee of
$2400.
