Reservations
For sleeping room reservations, please contact the hotel directly at
877-283-6423. To obtain the discount group rate of $239 per night,
mention that you are attending the ARDA Annual Convention. Rooms will be
available until the cut off date of Thursday, February 9, 2010, or until
they are sold out, whichever comes first. All rooms will be
charged a one night deposit at the time of reservation.
In order to cancel your room without penalty, you must do so prior to
February 9. After February, 9th, all deposits become non refundable. Any
reservations made after February 9, 2010 will be charged a one night
NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of reservation.
It has come to our attention that an unregulated housing company has
been contacting ARDA members and exhibitors and attempting to book hotel
rooms for them at the Venetian Resort Hotel and Casino. Please note,
ARDA does not work with any housing companies; any call that you may
receive from a housing company is not authorized or endorsed by ARDA.
Please deal directly with the Venetian Resort Hotel and Casino only in
regards to your sleeping room needs. If you have questions, please

Registration Discount
Attendees who stay at the Venetian Resort Hotel Casino will enjoy a
$100 discount on the registration fee.
IMPORTANT: Your name must appear on the hotel roster
as of March 14, 2010 in order to qualify. If you do not appear on the
hotel roster, you must pay the additional $100 fee in order to receive
your convention credentials onsite. Discount applies per room.
