Awards Program Eligibility
The 2010 ARDA Awards program recognizes the achievements of
individuals, teams and companies during the 2009 calendar year.
Individuals nominated in either the Marketing & Sales or the
Management & Administration categories must have worked with their
ARDA member employer for the full 2009 calendar year. Seasonal positions
will be recognized as they apply. Advertising & Promotion entries
are limited to materials first used, or results achieved, in the 2009
calendar year. Resort Design entries are limited to those installations
completed (or have begun sales) after January 1, 2009. Last
year’s ARDY award recipients may not be nominated for the same
category this year. Finalists may be re-entered.
The program is open to all ARDA members and their agencies and/or
vendors that completed work on a vacation ownership project. Companies
involved in vacation timesharing, vacation club, outdoor resort,
fractional, resort and recreational, primary and secondary home resort
development, and suppliers of goods and services to the resort industry
are all eligible. ARDA members must be current in all financial accounts
with ARDA at the time entries are submitted.
If you are unsure about your organization’s ARDA membership
status or would like more information, please email Catherine Lacey. Submit entries
in as many categories as you deem appropriate, but be aware that ARDA
reserves the right to limit the number of entries per company in any
given category. An individual may be nominated only once in categories
that recognize individual performance and achievement.
