To make your hotel reservations, please contact the hotel directly at (843) 913-1333 or toll free at (877) 913-1333. To ensure you obtain the discount room rate of $119 per night (plus $15 resort fee), please ask for the ARDA Group Block. Rooms will be available at the discount rate until August 30, 2010, or until the block is sold out, whichever comes first. One night deposit will be required at the time of reservation. Deposits are refundable up to 7 days prior to schedule arrival.

Overcoming a Drop in Resort Revenue: How Collections & Delinquencies have Forced Resorts to Find New Sources of Revenue
After a period of economic decline and increasing delinquencies, resorts are looking for new strategies for collections, as well as new sources of revenue.   A panel of experts will discuss strategies for collections including new legal aspects that affect the collections process; new sources for revenue including rental programs and other creative ways to maintain value and thrive in tough economic times. Following the panel discussion, the group will break into small group roundtables to delve deeper into each topic.
