ARDA's Logo
Your Rights and Privileges
As an ARDA member who has agreed to abide by the ARDA Code of Standards &
Ethics, you are eligible to use the ARDA Member logo on all of your
printed materials and Web site. The Logo will identify your company as a
member in good standing of the industry’s only trade association.
We strongly urge you to use it on your letterhead, advertising and
promotional materials.

The Logo signifies that your company stands, along with ARDA, for
quality in the marketplace.

Your use of the ARDA Logo shows that you adhere to the Code’s
position on fair dealings with consumers.

The more often your customers see the ARDA Logo on your printed
materials, the greater respect they will have for your identification
with ARDA’s commitment to excellence.
Conditions to its use:

You must cease and desist use of the logo, without further demand
from ARDA, if at any time you are no longer a member in good standing of
ARDA.

No logo or other mention of ARDA shall be made on the face of any
sales contracts or official disclosure documents provided to potential
or actual purchasers.
Use it with pride and use it frequently. As you and other member
companies use this logo, we can expect an increase in consumer
recognition and confidence.
