    For resort developers, vacation clubs, resale companies, resort property exchange and reciprocal use organizations.  Dues are based on gross annual dollar income from industry-related sales and leases. Use revenues from previous calendar year, then please select the appropriate membership class below. Yearly dues include member discounts for all of your company's representatives. 
    
    
  • Affiliate Members 
    Available only for industry home owners associations (HOA, POA, COA, etc), public agencies, libraries, colleges, universities, & all resort developers/vendors not marketing or having offices within North America (Canada, Mexico or US territories). Dues are reduced to encourage participation from these organizations. Yearly dues include member discounts for all of your company's representatives.
    
    
  • Associate Member Application 
    For primary vendors, suppliers, and providers of goods and professional services including but not limited to property management firms, attorneys, lenders, accountants, financial brokers, consultants, designers, manufacturers, sales and marketing providers, lead generation and procurement companies.
    
    
  • Fractional/PRC Member Application 
    For real estate fractional resorts and private residence club developers, related property exchange and reciprocal-use organizations.  Dues are based upon gross annual income via related sales and leases.
