The Fractional and Private Residence Club Forum was
developed to modify and extend the existing forum meetings into more
engaging, educational and interactive sessions that will bring more
value to its attendee’s. The forum leaders’ intention is to
identify sub-chairs who offer a scope of expertise, offer engaging
topics, encourage collective participation and lay a foundation for
future and long term success for the industry’s luxury product
segment. The vision of the new forum is to further integrate and
link the forum attendees to the luxury product educational
sessions offered at the annual convention and to give real value to the
these members by providing national resources that otherwise are
not currently available.
The Fractional and Private Residence Club Forum will call upon the
sub-chairs’ collective energies and shared knowledge to interact
with the attendees in a round table format to produce a substantive
collection of industry resources and in time, a collection of Best
Practices for the Fractional Industry. It is our hope that 120
attendees will contribute their knowledge and expertise, working in
twelve teams, each focused on one of twelve critical topics. A
sub-chair will fulfill the role of Table Leader for each team. At
the end of the session, a summary will be given by the sub-chair on the
related topics. An open forum will conclude the session.
With this new format, it is hoped that this interactive participation
with both seasoned experts and those who see the industry with fresh
eyes will participate in real time practices and issues and recognize
the opportunities specific to the luxury product segment and participate
in the long term goal of creating a Best Practices guide for the
Fractional, Private Residence Clubs and Destination Club products.
The forum was designed to enhance the ARDA educational experience of a
specific target audience and to increase participation and attendance
from the luxury product members while providing a credible and valuable
benefit.
