    Published and sponsored by ARDA. 2001. 54 pages. Written by Robert Chasnow, Esq., Holland & Knight, LLP. Supplement written by the ARDA Telecommunications Subcommittee. 2003. 134 pages. GET BOTH BOOKS AT ONE PRICE. ARDA Members $25; Non-members $50.

 Resort Staff Training Materials:

  • Certified Timeshare Supervisor. Certification program for resort supervisors built upon 9 self study workbooks. Produced by ARDA and AH&LA. Members only $140 plus s/h.

  • The Timeshare Industry Resource Manual and AQT Testing Package
    The ARDA Qualification Test is based on the resource manual and gives all resort staff regardless of position an overall knowledge of the industry, how it evolved and why certain practices are necessary, as well as educates staff about the ARDA Code of Ethics.  Once staff members pass the test, they receive a complimentary year of ARDA Advantage membership, a membership certidicate and lapel pin.  Members $129 plus s/h.
