As legislatures across the country convene and reconvene, the ARDA
State Government Affairs staff is actively watching
legislation that affects the timeshare industry and timeshare
owners. The only states not in session now are:
Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, and Texas. Your ARDA State
Government Affairs staff is tracking legislation in every other
state.
