Timeshare Resale Channels

According to the 2010 Shared Vacation Ownership Resale Study, conducted by TRiG for the ARDA International Foundation, consumers are very aware of numerous sales channels available on the resale market.
Among them, the ones that are executed with the assistance of a licensed real estate agent are the most common channels selected. Those who had successfully sold a timeshare product on the resale market in the past three years at the time of the survey considered four (4) resale organizations on average before selecting the one they used for the transaction.
