ARDA-Hawaii
 

ARDA-Hawaii has been actively engaged in legislative issues in the state for more than 20 years, playing a major role in creating and shaping the relevant laws and regulations pertaining to the timeshare industry.  Committee members work closely with the legislature as well as the Department of Consumer Affairs, the regulatory agency that governs timeshare in Hawaii, to promote the well being of the industry.

ARDA-Hawaii members meet on a regular basis to discuss legislative and business issues, and have engaged both legal and legislative representation to help with these efforts. ARDA-Hawaii's legislative efforts are funded by ARDA-Hawaii members as well as through assistance of the ARDA-Resort Owners Coalition (ARDA-ROC), whose mission is to project the interests of timeshare owners through legislative advocacy.

ARDA-Hawaii Sponsors 6th Annual Maui Children and Youth Day

Children from pre-school to middle school were celebrated, engaged, and entertained at the 6th Annual Maui Children and Youth Day on October 13. Participants were treated to interactive, educational, and fun activities as well as entertainment that delighted the audience of keiki, parents, and grandparents. ARDA-Hawaii is an annual sponsor of the event.
