ARDA-Hawaii
 

ARDA-Hawaii has been actively engaged in legislative issues in the state for more than 20 years, playing a major role in creating and shaping the relevant laws and regulations pertaining to the timeshare industry.  Committee members work closely with the legislature as well as the Department of Consumer Affairs, the regulatory agency that governs timeshare in Hawaii, to promote the well being of the industry.

ARDA-Hawaii members meet on a regular basis to discuss legislative and business issues, and have engaged both legal and legislative representation to help with these efforts. ARDA-Hawaii's legislative efforts are funded by ARDA-Hawaii members as well as through assistance of the ARDA-Resort Owners Coalition (ARDA-ROC), whose mission is to project the interests of timeshare owners through legislative advocacy.

Timeshare with Aloha Awards Presented 

ARDA-Hawaii has announced the winners of the first annual Timeshare with Aloha Awards, with Keani Awai, marketing manager at Marriott’s Maui Ocean Club, taking the prize for the island of Maui. For details, read here.
