Capital Expenditures Growth

According to the 2015 Third Quarter Pulse Survey report, overall capital expenditures related to timeshare inventory increased by 6.2 percent in Q3 2015 compared to Q3 2014.  The growth was driven primarily by the increase in capital expenditures related to new timeshare inventory and completed inventory. Specifically, capital expenditures related to new timeshare inventory projects increased by 27.7 percent from Q3 2014 to Q3 2015, while capital expenditures related to completed inventory increased by 14.5 percent.  Capital expenditures related to existing timeshare inventory projects decreased by 0.8 percent from Q3 2014 to Q3 2015.
