About ARDA State Government Affairs

ARDA maintains its commitment to advocacy on behalf of the industry and timeshare owners. The state government affairs team is the first line of defense against inequitable and unwarranted taxes and excessive regulation.

Our team tracks and responds to legislative and regulatory actions affecting timeshare developers and owners before state and local policy makers across the country and into the Caribbean. In coordination with ARDA’s state and regional committees and ARDA-ROC, state affairs also works to proactively enact public policy supporting a favorable business environment and appropriate regulation for the industry and timeshare owners.
