WASHINGTON, January 12, 2012 – Leading timeshare companies and service providers have cast their dice to be Signature Sponsors of the 2012 ARDA World Convention and Exposition at Venetian Resort Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.  The annual convention, which will take place April 1-5, is an international event featuring an impressive line-up of speakers and entertainers, including keynote speaker Frederick Reichheld, sponsored by RCI.  Reichheld is a Bain Fellow and founder of Bain & Company’s loyalty practice, which helps companies achieve results through customer and employee loyalty. He is also the creator of the Net Promoter system of management.
