How to Register

  • Online: Online registration is now open. Early bird deadline ends January 27, 2017.
    Register online here for ARDA World 2017.

    Quick Tips for Registration:
    1. Click the registration button above, which will take you to the event page on the new MyARDA portal.
    2. Select Individal Registration or Group Registration.
    3. Search for your email in our new database to set-up your MyARDA account.
    4. Once you sign-in, you will be redirected to finish your event registration for ARDAWorld.

A limited amount of Awards Gala tickets are still available and may be purchased onsite at the Hyatt Regency starting on Sunday, March 26. Tickets will be available until the event is sold out.

Cancellations/Substitutions

  • Cancellations: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to meetingreg@arda.org.
    • Cancel on or before February 10 and receive a refund of 50% of your total registration.
    • Cancel from February 11- 27 and receive a refund of 25% of your total registration.
    • Cancel after February 27 and receive no refund.
     
  • Substitutions: All changes must be submitted in writing to meetingreg@arda.org. If the substitute's membership category is different from original registrant's, the registration fee difference will be charged in addition to the processing fees.
    • Replacement of a registered ARDA attendee by a business colleague/co-worker will be accepted at no charge until March 9.  
    • Replacement of a registered ARDA attendee by a business colleague/co-worker will be charged $50 if received after March 10.  
    • Replacement of a registered ARDA attendee by a business colleague/co-worker will be charged $75 if received onsite.
