ARDA Government Affairs

US Capitol ARDA serves as the voice of the timeshare industry and its more than four million owners in Washington and in state capitols across the county.

The ARDA Government Affairs team has a strong record of successfully advocating on behalf of policies allowing for the vitality and continued growth of the industry while protecting the vacation ownership experience. With the support of volunteer leadership, Government Affairs works with legislators and regulators at all levels of government to educate policy makers and ensure fair treatment across the broad range of issues that impact the industry.

Member advocacy is provided in the following ways:  American Flag
