Sandra DePoy, RRP
Vice President of Federal Relations, ARDA-ROC/PAC

Sandra "Sam" Yartin DePoy is ARDA's Vice President for Federal and Regulatory Affairs.  In this capacity, Ms. DePoy's primary responsibility is to advance the Association's legislative agenda on Capitol Hill and in the Executive Branch of government.  Sam closely monitors regulatory activities working with the Federal Trade Commission, Federal Communications Commission, Federal Election Commission as well as the Department of Housing and Urban Development.  She joined ARDA in January, 1999, as Director of Federal Relations, ARDA-ROC and ARDA-PAC. Sam is no stranger to the real estate and financial services industry having served as Director, Political Affairs, to the Mortgage Bankers Association of America (MBA) and the Director of Government Affairs for the National Association of Realtors. She has five years of service with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Kevin Riley
Director, Federal Legislation & ARDA-ROC

Kevin joined the ARDA Federal Affairs team in 2008 and is responsible for assisting in the management of ARDA's federal and regulatory affairs as well as the ARDA Resort Owners' Coalition, ARDA-PAC, and ARDA-ROC PAC.

Prior to joining ARDA, Kevin managed the governmental relations at a foreign policy think tank and later helped edit and draft environmental policy for a non-profit organization. As a dual-citizen of the United States and Germany, he's also gathered international experience, having trained German financial executives in intercultural communications and linguistics. He holds a B.A. in political science with a minor in German from Arizona State University.
