Drew Richard, a U.S. Army veteran and seasoned business professional, has recently been named President of SPI Software, a leader in the timeshare industry for 45 years. Drew brings to the company a unique blend of leadership shaped through diverse experiences alongside a lifelong appreciation for timeshares.

After a successful chapter of piloting helicopters and leading Soldiers, Drew earned a Harvard MBA and transitioned to the corporate world. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to pursue the acquisition of an established business, and ultimately to SPI, where he saw an opportunity to leverage his skills and passion for the timeshare industry.

Since joining SPI in September 2023, Drew has worked closely with CEO Gordon McClendon to gain a deep understanding of the company’s operations and the broader timeshare landscape. “Gordon has been instrumental in my transition to SPI,” says Drew, “and I am exceptionally grateful for his insights into the company and industry.”
