ARDA Intelligence – Terms of Use

1. Purpose and Scope

ARDA Intelligence is an artificial intelligence–powered tool provided by the American Resort Development Association (“ARDA”) to assist users in exploring ARDA research, publications, and website content. The tool is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Informational Use Only

Responses generated by ARDA Intelligence are automatically produced by an AI system and are not reviewed, verified, or approved by ARDA staff prior to display. ARDA makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

ARDA Intelligence is not a substitute for professional advice, including legal, medical, financial, or other regulated guidance.

3. No Submission of Sensitive Information

Users must not submit personal, confidential, sensitive, or protected information through ARDA Intelligence, including but not limited to health data, financial information, account numbers, authentication credentials, or private identifiers.

Any information submitted may be processed by third-party systems solely for the purpose of generating responses.

4. Intellectual Property

All ARDA content referenced, summarized, or linked through ARDA Intelligence remains the property of ARDA or its licensors. Use of ARDA Intelligence does not grant users any ownership rights in ARDA content, AI-generated responses, or underlying materials.

5. No Warranties

ARDA Intelligence is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARDA shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or adverse outcomes arising from the use of or reliance on ARDA Intelligence, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

7. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for how they interpret and apply information provided by ARDA Intelligence. Users agree to verify important information using original ARDA publications or other authoritative sources and to exercise appropriate judgment before taking any action.

8. Service Availability and Changes

ARDA may update, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue ARDA Intelligence at any time without notice. ARDA does not guarantee uninterrupted access or consistent performance.

By accessing or using ARDA Intelligence, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use, as well as ARDA’s Privacy Policy and general Terms & Conditions.
