Registration
Registration for ARDAventure: Seaside Summit is now open. Please note this meeting is available for ARDA Trustee and Chairman’s League Members only. Spouses and significant others are welcome to attend with a registered VIP member. If you’d like to register your spouse or significant other, after completing your registration, please email [email protected] with your guest’s name. We regret that business guests are not eligible to attend this event.
Hotel Information
The Cloister at Sea Island is the host hotel for ARDAventure: Seaside Splendor. Rooms are available at the group rate of $535 + tax and resort fees until July 7, 2026, or until sold out. Book early—once the block is full, the discounted group rate is no longer available and remaining rooms, if any, will be at the prevailing rate. A deposit equal to two night’s room charge will be required when you make your reservations. This deposit is refundable until July 7, 2026. After July 7th cancellations will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Travel Information
The Cloister at Sea Island is a 3 hour drive from Orlando. For those flying, the closest airports are Jacksonville (1 hour), Savannah (1 hour and 15 minutes) or Brunswick Golden Isles Airport (15 minutes). ARDA will provide group return ground transportation on Friday, July 31 to Jacksonville and Savannah airports. Information on ground transportation will be available in July. Activities
Thursday at ARDAventure offers the option for a morning and an afternoon activity. Activities are a great way to meet people and enjoy some time out of the conference room! Activities take place on site, or very close to the resort. ARDA will provide an all-day hospitality room with beverages, snacks and lunches with to-go options so that you can easily grab and go between activities. For those choosing to play golf, lunch will be provided for you. Activities are very popular at ARDAventure and tend to sell out quickly. Please register early!

All Day:
Golf on the Sea Island Plantation Course:
A parkland-style course redesigned by Mark Love and Davis Love III. Tree-lined fairways and challenging greens provide a great test for players of all levels. Players find beauty in tidal creeks and lakes. As the course winds through marsh and forest, it offers spectacular views of the ocean.

Morning Marsh Horseback Trail Ride:
The Morning Marsh Horseback ride is sold out.
Salt Marsh Kayak Tour:
Cruise through estuaries and marshes. This trip offers a wonderful view of the beautiful coastline with the chance to see shorebirds and dolphins.
Clay Target Shooting Lesson and Competition:
One hour of practice and a clay target shooting lesson, followed by a tournament shoot out competition. No experience required.
Morning at the Spa
Visit the Sea Island Spa for your choice of a Signature Sea Island facial or Swedish Massage.
Afternoon Activities:
Coastal Wildlife Bike Tour:
Join a naturalist for a biking tour of Sea Island to discover its wildlife and ecosystems. Enjoy salt marsh and beach views on your ride.
Mixology Class:
Delve into the art of the cocktail with our exceptional Sea Island Mixologist in this instructional hands-on seminar. Take away gifts and snacks will be provided.
Clay Target Shooting Lesson:
Interactive instruction and clay target shooting lesson.
Afternoon Marsh Horseback Trail Ride:
Enjoy a horseback ride through the marshes surrounding Rainbow Island.
