Legislative Policy Council

The changing landscape of both the timeshare industry and the legislative and regulatory arena have created the opportunity for ARDA to build on its history of leadership and success in advocacy with a new platform suited to the current atmosphere: the Legislative Policy Council (LPC).

Timeshare issues are increasingly reaching across state borders and spanning the gap between state and federal jurisdictions. As ARDA continues to engage in state capitals across the country and in Washington, D.C., the LPC will help ARDA and its members set priorities and direct resources toward the best possible outcomes for policies that impact the industry and owners’ interests.

The LPC will partner with ARDA-ROC to meet the new demands of the industry and owners in the advocacy arena.
