Nominations

It’s time to nominate your best people, places and things. Please see the 2026 Awards Nomination Guide for all the information. The nomination deadline entry is February 6, 2026 and all winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony at the ARDA Spring Conference on May 13, 2026. Please see the instructions below for information regarding nomination payment and uploads.

Submission instructions

• Step #1: Download and fill out the Nomination Forms, and gather the required supporting materials for each nomination.
• Step #2: Use this link to pay online. Please note that it is $175 per submission, and adjust the quantity to reflect the number of nominations being submitted.
  • If paying by check, please send payment form and copy of Nomination Entry Form to Catherine Lacey, ARDA Awards Program, 1201 15th Street, NW Ste 400, Washington, DC 20005. Please include a copy of both with your emailed nominations.
• Step #3: Please use this link to upload the nomination form and supporting material. When uploading the form and supporting material (e.g. photos, narratives, executive summaries, statistical data forms, etc.), please append the category number and nominee (or product) name at the beginning of the file names. For example, if submitting for the ACE Employee of the Year Award, the three files should follow this naming convention:
  • 04 – Jane Smith – photo
  • 04 – Jane Smith – narrative
  • 04 – Jane Smith – nomination form

Please do not use this form to submit nominations on behalf of these organizations: Disney Vacation Club, Hilton Grand Vacations, Holiday Inn Club Vacations, Marriott Vacations Worldwide, Travel + Leisure, and Westgate Resorts.

NOTE: If you are submitting more than one nomination, it is not necessary to complete a separate form for each nomination. Please include all nominations on one form. If sending multiple nominations, you may send this form once with your first nomination.
