Welcome to the June edition of the Inside Look, where the name of the game is research, research, and more research! Not only did the ARDA International Foundation recently release the 2023 State of the Industry Report, but in partnership with Skift, ARDA also released an article highlighting the importance of the Foundation’s research in ARDA and ROC's advocacy efforts, with our efforts to supply Wall Street and the financial community with information to benchmark the industry, and for the media to be able to help us to tell our story to the world.
And speaking of advocacy, the ARDA State and Federal Affairs teams have already racked up some impressive victories with time left for more. Here is an article about these victories and what it means to timeshare owners and the industry alike.
Finally, it is worth mentioning one last time about the VIP ARDAventure meeting at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs. Registration closes on June 30, and this meeting will not disappoint. Iconic location, incredible activities and experiences, and a chance to have input in shaping the future of the Association and industry. What more could you ask for?

Advocacy protects, preserves and enhances timeshare products for all
To protect, preserve and enhance timeshare for the industry and owners alike, the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), the ARDA Resort Owners’ Coalition (ARDA-ROC) and the government relations teams have been hard at work during the first half of 2023. Several notable legislative wins have already been secured – from streamlining processes for timeshare homeowners’ association (HOA) matters, to removing burdensome and outdated registration requirements, to modernizing the process for the delivery of purchaser documents, and more.
