The average maintenance fee also varies by size ranging from $640 per interval for studios to $1,290 per interval for 3+ bedroom units. The average billed maintenance fee has increased by approximately 2% from 2017 .
The State of the Industry study was conducted among all U.S. timeshare resorts annually. In 2018, 834 timeshare resorts participated in the survey, a 53% response rate.
