Elizabeth A. Baker has more than 20 years of experience in the vacation ownership industry. Most recently, she served as Vice President in the Legal Department of Wyndham Destinations Inc. (formerly known as Wyndham Vacation Ownership Inc.). Elizabeth’s responsibilities during her eight-year tenure with Wyndham included leading teams responsible for inventory onboarding, licensing, registration, consumer contracts and sales documents, and serving on the Government Relations team for Wyndham with a primary focus on such states as Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Puerto Rico, and Texas.

Prior to joining Wyndham, Elizabeth spent 12 years in the legal group of an independent developer with responsibilities including HOA governance and compliance, regulatory complaints, and sales compliance, in addition to registration, licensing, sales documents, and government relations.

Elizabeth also spent several years with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the agency regulating timeshare in Florida. She served as the Enforcement and Investigation Supervisor and participated in legislative analysis and review as well as rule drafting and promulgation.

Elizabeth obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama. She also served on the Board of Directors of National Land Council Inc. for more than 10 years, including a term as President, and is an Affiliate Member of the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials.
