The WIN Winter Conference is a one day event that features personal and professional development programming as well as networking opportunities.

Registration will open on December 2, 2024. Please note, ARDA Beacon members must register through their assigned Beacon contact. Not sure if you are a Beacon Member, or who your contact is? Please email meetings@arda.org.

Early Bird (Until 12/20)	Member: $400\| Non-Member: $600
Standard: (12/21-1/23)	Member: $500 \| Non-Member: $700

Cancellation Policy:

Cancel on or before December 20th and receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available for registrations received after December 20th, but registration may be transferred to a colleague within the same organization until January 10.

Hotel Information:

The Rosen Shingle Creek, Orlando, FL is the host hotel for the ARDA WIN Winter Conference. A limited number of sleeping rooms are available at the group rate of $209 per night. Reservations can be made by using this link. Rooms will be available until December 30, 2024, or until the block is sold out, whichever comes first.
