Legal Symposium

2026 ARDA & University of Florida Levin College of Law Legal Symposium

August 26-27, 2026
Conrad Orlando at Evermore, Orlando FL

Overview

This one and a half day legal conference combines leadership, insight and education focused on the relevant business issues facing the timeshare, hospitality and lodging industries today. Partnering together, the University of Florida Levin College of Law and ARDA present this CLE event, which is ideal for all attendees seeking to obtain credit hours while learning and networking with engaged timeshare industry organizations and leaders.

CLE Credits

CLE credit information will be available in early July. We expect that this Symposium will qualify for 9 CLE Credit hours in Florida. ARDA will provide CLE Credit Forms and information at the event for those seeking CLE credits in Florida. For CLE Credits in states other than Florida, attorneys will need to self-file. ARDA will provide any necessary confirmation of attendance to do so.

Host Hotel

The host hotel for the event is the Conrad Orlando at Evermore. ARDA has reserved a limited number of sleeping rooms for the event at the discount group rate of $279 per night. Rooms will be available until August 4, 2026 or until the block is sold out. Once the block is sold out, rooms if available, will be sold at prevailing hotel rate.
