This meeting is open to current ARDA members. Registration is complimentary. We welcome those who have previously been involved with ARDA-WIN, but due to the pandemic, are not currently employed in the industry. Please contact clacey@arda.org for information on a limited number of registrations set aside for those individuals. A link to the conference platform to will be sent to all registrants via the email that you used to register, the week of February 8, 2021.

This virtual meeting will also feature interactive programming and dynamic panel presentations, and even a chance to network and catch up with your friends in a virtual reception.

1:30-2:30 PM: Keynote Session: A conversation with Jill Ellis, Former US Women’s National Soccer Team Coach and Jason Gamel, ARDA President & CEO. 2:30-3:30 PM: Panel Discussion:
Real Stories of Diversity & Inclusion in Timeshare:
This session will provide an opportunity for our panelists to share their personal and professional challenges and triumphs with regards to diversity, equity and inclusion in today’s corporate world and how we can all affect meaningful change.

3:30-4:00 PM: Closing Keynote Speaker: Sarah King, Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer, Darden Restaurants. Ms. King will share her personal story of leadership and also touch on reinventing your personal brand and how the pandemic has affected us all.

4:00 pm-4:30 PM: Optional Networking Session: Registrants must opt in for this session. Additional information and registration for the networking session will be sent to registrants in early February.
