ARDA Spring Conference 2023: Timeshare Together: General sessions, power innovation sessions, micro talks, hosted speaker sessions, and the best networking in the timeshare industry, we’ve got it all! We can’t wait to see you back in Orlando, the hometown of timeshare!

All in-person registrations include virtual access to general sessions. Registration is complimentary for Chairman’s League and Trustee Members. If you are a team member of an ARDA Beacon Sponsor, please reach out to your company ARDA liaison directly for registration information. Standard Sleeping Rooms

To book your rooms at the ARDA Group Rate of $299 per night, please use this link.

The group rate will be available until Friday, March 17, 2023 or until the block is sold out, whichever comes first. Rooms for ARDA conferences book quickly, please don’t delay in making your reservations.

Suites

Suites may be booked on a first come first serve basis and must be approved, in advance by ARDA. Suites sell out quickly for ARDA events, and we cannot guarantee availability. Suites will be made available to ARDA Signature Sponsors and Executive Committee Members only until February 6, 2023. Beginning February 7, 2023 any remaining suites will be available to all ARDA Signature Sponsors, ARDA Board Members and ARDA VIP Members. Beginning February 15, any remaining suites will be made available to ARDA Patron Sponsors. As of March 1, any remaining suites will be made available to general attendees. Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds for virtual attendees. Should you find that you are not able to use your virtual registration, please contact mcrowley@arda.org, and your virtual registration can be transferred to someone else within your company. In-person attendees can cancel or convert to a virtual registration with no penalty on or before March 6th. Beginning March 7th, registration fees are non-refundable with the exception of any attendee who has personally tested positive for COVID-19 within 5 days of April 16, 2023. Refunds for COVID-19 will require proof of a dated positive test result with the person’s name. Please send this information along with your cancellation request to meetings@arda.org.

Back by Popular Demand: Power Innovation Sessions

Returning this year after their inaugural launch last spring are four Power Innovation Sessions. In this lively format, attendees enjoy moderators and speakers from leading member organizations who come together on the Center Stage. These engaged associates are fully focused upon their topic expertise and lead their organizations towards innovation, change, and success daily. You’ll hear strategies and learnings on essential industry topics and leave with new perspectives, inspiration, and high-value industry conversations to be remembered.

Timeshare 101 Series

New to the industry, or just need a refresher? These three sessions on Monday are designed to educate and invigorate! You’ll hear about the evolution of the industry, the components of a timeshare project, and the research that propels the timeshare industry on Wall Street and beyond.

Introducing Micro Sessions

New this year, five blocks of Micro Sessions are added to ARDA’s robust programming to offer attendees a variety of business insights, industry topics, and professional expertise in “mini-presentation” style 10-minute sessions. Delivered in hourly blocks of time and offered in between General Sessions and Power Session scheduling, this quick and effective style is a great way to be introduced to a diverse and interesting line-up of speakers. These Micro Sessions share the Center Stage with Power Innovation Session schedule and introduce a variety of presentations and formats. Enjoy interesting interviews, interactive audience styles, timeshare stories, and over-all education. Do you have a topic in mind? We’d love to hear from you! Send us your video audition which must start with your name, title, member organization, and topic, followed by a 2-minute synopsis of your topic. Show us why your content and session should be included this year! Send all proposals to catherine.lacey@arda.org by February 20th. The 5 best pitches will make it into our lineup! All participants will be informed by March 1.
