ARDA Sponsorship Overview

ARDA brings together many different audiences from the Timeshare Industry throughout the year, by partnering at one or many of our events your brand will be recognized. For a deeper understanding of these events, please complete an interest form and we’ll schedule a call to discuss opportunities. 

Sponsorship Benefits: Each of our events has multiple sponsorship levels. The top sponsorship includes logo recognition, and name recognition at the lower tier. All sponsors receive the electronic attendee list in advance, and post event. This list is a benefit reserved for the sponsor and not to be shared outside that company. Similarly, we highly encourage the use of the attendee list for private messaging to key prospects opposed to mass marketing all attendees. 

Sponsorships are sold as first right of refusal; our existing sponsors have first right of refusal to their package in the upcoming year. Majority of our sponsors renew annually for the entire year, that begins each August. If you are interested to sponsor for the first time best to share your goals/budget with ARDA so we can meet your needs. 

Below includes an overview of each of our events throughout the year, whether you’re trying to meet with the C-suite, Resort Managers or HOA Board Members we have an event for you. We hope you’ll partner with us to elevate your brand and innovative expertise. 

Annual Winter ARDA-WIN Meeting is hosted by a committee within ARDA that aims to advocate, educate, and connect members by fostering personal and professional growth through a core focus on education and networking.

• January 2025, in Orlando, FL
• 400 attendees, Manager, Directors and VPs
• Two levels of sponsorship, $3,000-$5K
• Registration starts at: $500 (members), $750 (non-members)

The ARDA Spring Conference is our largest event of the year, brings industry professionals together for three days of education, networking and professional development. From the large general session stage, Power Innovation Series and Micro Sessions we bring together the innovators, disruptors, and influencers of the industry. Through networking, receptions and parties there’s plenty of time to connect with one another.

• 1200-1500 attendees, Director level to C-Suite
• Three sponsorship levels – 5K-100K
• Registration starts at $1,650 (members)/$2,200 (non-members)

ARDAventure is our first-class annual VIP member retreat that connects, inspires and informs ARDA Trustee and Chairman’s League Members in a truly unique luxury destination each year. This event is a highly curated experience complete with excursions, innovative sessions and amazing culinary delights.

• 80-120 attendees, C-Suite
• Two sponsorship levels - 10K+,
• Registration- complimentary to ARDA VIP Members

ARDA ROC & TBMA Meeting has two days of educational sessions focused on essential topics for HOA Board Members and resources for timeshare resorts.

• September 12-13th, Las Vegas, Nevada
• 80-100 attendees, HOA Board Members
• Two sponsorship levels, ranging from $3,500 to $5,000
• Registration complimentary to HOA Board Members

The Leadership & Policy Forum is focused on political and economic industry issues, with two days of programming focused on leadership and policy updates, members have ample opportunities to network with one another.
