Sandra “Sam” DePoy, RRP

As ARDA’s ARDA’s Senior Vice President of Global Public Policy, Sandra “Sam” Yartin DePoy primarily works to advance the Association’s legislative agenda on Capitol Hill and in the Executive Branch of government. In her role, she oversees ARDA’s Political and Legislative arm, ARDA-ROC and PAC related activities. Sam closely monitors regulatory activities by working with the Federal Trade Commission, Federal Communications Commission, The Department of Labor, the Consumer Protection Bureau, and Federal Election Commission, as well as the Department of Housing and Urban Development. She joined ARDA in 1999 as Director of Federal Relations for ARDA-ROC and ARDA-PAC.

No stranger to the real estate and financial services industry, Sam has served as Director of Political Affairs for the Mortgage Bankers Association of America (MBA) and Director of Government Affairs for the National Association of Realtors.
