2026 ARDA Leadership & Policy Forum
Overview
The ARDA Leadership & Policy Forum is a key governance and leadership event for leaders and stakeholders in the vacation ownership and timeshare industry, A central component of the Forum is ARDA’s committee meetings, which provide an opportunity for committee members to come together, discuss current priorities and challenges, collaborate on initiatives, and help shape ARDA’s agenda. In addition to committee and governance activities, the meeting features programming focused on legislative, regulatory and economic issues that impact the industry.
Hotel Information
The Willard Intercontinental Hotel is the host hotel for the 2026 ARDA Leadership & Policy Forum. A limited number of sleeping rooms are available at the discounted group rate of $399 per night.
To reserve your room:
- Visit the Willard InterContinental Hotel.
- Select “Book Your Room” in the top-right corner.
- Enter your dates and select “Book Your Stay”
- Under “Rate Preference,” select “Group Rate”
- Enter the group code JTJ and complete your reservation.
The discounted group rate is available through October 6, 2026, or until the room block sells out, whichever comes first.
We encourage you to make your reservation as soon as possible. Once the room block is sold out or the booking deadline has passed, ARDA is not able to secure additional rooms at the discounted group rate.

Cancellation Policy
Registrations may be cancelled until September 19 and will be issued a 50% refund. After September 20, no refunds will be authorized. Registrations may be substituted for someone else within your organization until October 16, 2026.
