ARDA Attends ARELLO 2025 Mid-Year Meeting

May 2, 2025

Recently, the ARDA team attended the 2025 ARELLO (the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials) mid-year meeting to engage with other real estate regulators as leaders, innovators, and decision-makers.

Several states regulate timeshare at the Real Estate Commission level, and ARDA’s participation at these meetings helps maintain and foster relationships with regulators, educate them on current timeshare issues, and become a resource should they have any timeshare related questions or issues.

Robert Clements, Vice President, Regulatory Affairs & General Counsel at ARDA; Janet Thoren, President of ARELLO; Elizabeth Baker, Vice President, State Legislative/Regulatory Official Outreach at ARDA & ARDA-ROC; and Jessica Hickok, CEO of ARELLO attend the mid-year ARELLO meeting.

ARDA’s Longstanding Partnership with ARELLO

For over 20 years, ARDA has supported ARELLO/

ARDA helped ARELLO start the Timeshare Registry – an online platform for developers to submit their timeshare registration filing —  and continues to lobby on behalf of our members for regulatory agencies to join the registry and for ARELLO to continue to make improvements to the registry.
