Registration

Registration is now open. Please note that registration is complimentary for ARDA VIP Members. ARDA VIP members are permitted to bring a spouse or guest (business partners are not permitted). Spouses and significant others are invited to participate in all breakfast, lunch, and evening events at the meeting -- as as well as in the recreation activities on Thursday afternoon.

Hotel accommodations

The Broadmoor is the host hotel for the 2023 ARDAventure, Peak Pursuit VIP Meeting.

ARDA has a limited number of rooms available at the group rate of $469 per night for classic rooms or $529 per night for premier rooms.

A daily resort fee of $39, will also be assessed per room, per night. Rooms are available on a first come basis until June 27, or until the block is sold out.

The ARDA room block, and the Broadmoor Hotel, are currently sold out for the evening of July 18. Rooms are still available in the block for our meeting dates of July 19 & July 20. Should you wish to book a room for Tuesday evening, please visit this link for a list of alternate hotels. If rooms become available, ARDA will add them to our block and alert registrants to the update. You may also check back directly with the Broadmoor regarding availability outside of the ARDA block.

In order to prevent a cancellation or change fee of two night’s room rate, changes to room reservations or cancellations must be confirmed directly with the Broadmoor no later than seven days prior to your arrival date.

Whether you’d like to spend your afternoon relaxing at the spa, playing golf, fly fishing or hiking, we’ve got an activity to fit your wish list. Each registered VIP member & their guest will have their choice of one complementary activity on Thursday afternoon (note: VIP member and guest must choose the same activity).
