Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your registration by February 14, 2025, to receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations after this date are non-refundable. However, you’re welcome to substitute another member of your organization at no additional cost until March 7, 2025. Please note that substitutions cannot be processed after March 7, 2025.

The International rate is designed exclusively for organizations headquartered outside the USA. If this rate is selected by mistake, our Events team will kindly reach out to assist you with registering at the regular pricing.

Hotel information

Standard sleeping rooms

The Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek is the host hotel for the ARDA Spring Conference. Sleeping rooms are available at the discount rate of $329 per night until the cut off date of February 25, 2025, or until the block is sold out, whichever comes first.

A deposit of the 1st night room and tax will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation. Please cancel 72 hours prior to arrival for a full refund. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours, will incur a penalty of first night room and tax.

Suites

Suites within the hotel are reserved exclusively for ARDA Signature and Beacon sponsors until February 1, 2025. From February 2-February 14, suites may be booked by ARDA VIP Members, Patron, and Friend sponsors. If suites are available after February 14, they will be available on a first come, first serve basis to all attendees.

Please contact meetings@arda.org to be approved to book a suite, after which you will be directed to the Signia for questions regarding pricing, availability, and suite layouts.
