Overview
ARDAventure is a first-class annual VIP member retreat that connects, inspires and informs ARDA Trustee and Chairman’s League Members in a unique luxury destination each year. The event is a highly curated experience complete with excursions, educational programming, plenty of networking time, and culinary delights!

ARDAventure meeting is an exclusive benefit of VIP membership and is available only to VIPs and their spouse or significant others. Interested in VIP membership? Contact [email protected].

Hotel Information
The Salamander Middleburg is the host hotel for the 2025 ARDAVenture VIP meeting. The discounted group rate of $395 per night will be available until June 30, 2025, or until the block is sold out. Once the block is sold out or the cut-off date has passed, rooms, if available, will be at the prevailing rate. A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each reservation and will be charged at the time of reservation. Deposits are refundable if cancellations take place at least 7 days prior to arrival. An Early Departure Fee of one night’s stay will be charged to the guest for any changes to a check out date that is not received at least 7 days prior to arrival.
