
Timeshare in Central Florida
According to a recent state study conducted by EY for the AIF, the timeshare industry generated approximately $2.1 billion sales in Central Florida in the year of 2022. Central Florida is defined as the Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) in the study and includes Lake Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties. There are 94 timeshare resorts in Central FL representing over 31,000 units with an average size of 337 units per resort.
